Familiar places

As time goes by I wonder,

have we changed so much? 

Are we the ones who keep on moving?

Or is it just the world's crazy speed that makes us grow apart from each other (from ourselves)?

Where is the answer, if there is any. 

How can we find ourselves? 

Wandering around familiar places?

Seeing good old faces?

The old and the faded collide,

in order to create the new and exciting. 

We are all what we have seen - and more.

The people that we know,

the streets that we have walked,

the familiar sounds in our hearts,

that keep on our lives' rhythm. 

All these and more.
